Winter Seed Sowing

  • Chautauqua Ranger Cottage (map)

What: It’s the season for sowing native Colorado wildflower seeds! Join an OSMP naturalist and gardener in sowing seeds of your own for the 2025 season – the bees will thank you! We will be using the “sow-bag” method and there will be recommendations based on your microclimate, whether in a garden or on an apartment balcony. Native seeds collected from the Ann Armstrong Memorial Native Garden will be provided, but feel free to bring your own.
