PLAY Boulder Tree Trust & City of Boulder Forestry: Fall 2023 Tree Sale
What: City of Boulder Forestry, the PLAY Boulder Foundation and Cool Boulder are committed to increasing the urban canopy in Boulder and doing our part to cool the city. You can help add to the urban canopy by planting a tree on your Boulder property! Help fight climate change in your backyard!
Pickup Dates: (subject to change - see tree sale website for updates)
Friday, September 29th; 10:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Saturday, September 30th; 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Pickup Location: City of Boulder Forestry / Free Mulch Pile; 5200 Pearl Parkway, Boulder, CO 80301
Access is off of Pearl Parkway. Look for a sign posted at 5400 Pearl Parkway, near Sunbelt rentals return.
Tree Sale Details:
All trees are locally grown and are in 5 gallon containers, currently 5-10 feet tall.
Tree species have been chosen for their appropriateness and adaptability to the Front Range - that means none of the species have high water requirements!
All trees will need to be be picked up at the end of September. (trees prefer to be planted in the fall or spring)
Unclaimed trees will be donated if not claimed on the pickup date after purchase.
