Community Fruit Rescue: Applesauce Canning 101

  • What: Join Community Fruit Rescue for a hands-on applesauce-making experience on October 19th! In this workshop, you'll learn the ins and outs of preparing apples for that perfect batch of applesauce. Then, we'll guide you through the steps of safely and efficiently making shelf-stable products through the process of water bath canning. And the best part? You'll leave with your very own jar of homemade applesauce to enjoy!
