What: Everyone is welcome – come even if you don't have seeds to share! Thanks to the generosity of their donors, there will be plenty of seeds to share with all. Everyone will leave with a bag full of seeds, new garden friends, and expert planting advice.

Come and share the seeds you saved from your garden or have purchased and don’t need. 'Shop' for seeds for your garden for free and attend workshops on basic seed saving and growing rare seed varieties in your home garden. Meet other community members that are passionate about gardening and the local food system.

They will have a limited amount of pens and envelopes available; please do bring a pencil/pen and containers for your seeds to bring home.

SCHEDULE:

1:00pm to 2:00pm – Drop off Seeds at the Seed Swap. Preview seed varieties & make notes of what you plan to grow. Attend live talks. Chat with your fellow gardeners, local gardening orgs, and seed companies.

2:00pm to 4:00pm – Seed Swap! Seeds are organized and provided in a potluck style exchange.

WORKSHOPS:

1:00pm to 1:30pm – TBD talk with CSU master gardeners

1:30pm to 2:00pm – TBD talk

Those wishing to drop off seeds before the event can do so by reaching out to 303.Gardening@gmail.com or message one of your hosts. Please label them with variety names and collection date.
