Harlequin's Gardens: Foraging Rocky Mountain Mushrooms - Regional Mushroom Identification (Level 2), with Zach Hedstrom

  • What: In this class, we will build on the basic knowledge of mushroom identification to further your understanding of the most prolific groups of mushrooms found in Colorado.  We will introduce a variety of local mushrooms and their identification features, diving deeper in each genus than the Level 1 class, addressing more advanced identification techniques ad skills for learning unknown mushrooms.  A good class for beginners as well as those who have done some foraging before, it is recommended to have attended “Mushrooms of Colorado:  Rocky Mountain Fungi Level 1” as a prerequisite (Saturday, March 25th).
